 At Dahlia's, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. To do that, we need a bit of help from you! Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. If you think that you've received a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Here is a simple run-down of how we handle returns:

Items can only be returned for store credit. It will be issued in the form of a one-off coupon code sent via email. We cannot issue cash refunds.
All returns must be received within 15 days of the date that we ship out your order.
Anything purchased that is clearance or undergarments (bralettes) are FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn as well as tags attached to the item.
Include your return form and the original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  
- If you received a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.  
- For items over **$75**, we strongly recommend a **trackable shipping service** or purchasing **shipping insurance**, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.  
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location.
